About Us - Our Staff

	Renee Baroni Renee has been with the Company since 1982. In addition to her underwriting duties she quotes new and existing policies Renee enjoys reading, crafts, walking and weekly bingo. She had five children and five grandchildren.
	Mary Jolly Mary has been with the Company since 1998. Mary is responsible for policy endorsements, direct billing renewals and Cancellations. Mary is active in her church, enjoys crafts and time with her friends. She has one daughter who recently graduated from college.
	Wendy Wiinamaki Wendy’s primary responsibilities are settling losses and appointing adjusters and attorneys as needed. She has been with the company since 2002. Wendy is involved in family activities and volunteers with local youth events. She is married and has two children.
	Jim Winquist Jim has been with the Company since 1988. He oversees the daily operations, controls all financial reporting, handles compliance issues and reports to the board of directors. Jim was a Farm Bureau agent for three years prior to joining GLMI. He enjoys outdoor activities and is active in his church, Lions Club, Houghton County Fair and Hospice. He current serves as secretary on the board. He and his wife Debbie have been married for 28 years, have two children and one grandchild.
	Frannie Odell Frannie joined the Great Lakes Mutual team in August of 2008.  Her responsibilities are Underwriting, policy endorsements and quoting.  Frannie enjoys gardening, fishing, and spending time with her family.  She will by marrying the love of her life on May 30, 2009, which will complete their family of three which includes their chocolate lab, Shelby.
	Mary Shea Mary Shea has been with the company since 2008.  Her primary responsibilities are billing, cancellations, and policy services.  Mary enjoys gardening, outdoor summer activities as well as snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing to get through the Copper Country winters.  She has 2 grown sons which have given her 2 beautiful daughters-in-law.
	Pam Givens Pam joined the staff of Great Lakes Mutual in March of 2009.  Her primary responsibilities are policy endorsements and assisting the Underwriters with issuance of new policies.  She is an avid sports fan with hockey, football and baseball being her favorites.  She also enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews and following them to their various sporting events.
	Robin Mills Robin started with the Company in December of 2009.  She is an Underwriter with many duties including endorsements and policy issuing.  She is engaged and has two wonderful children.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, four-wheeling and camping in the Keweenaw.
