Great Lakes Mutual has made great strides in providing your agency a virutal desktop within our company. With all the major changes in the last month, you now have the ability to quote policies, request your online quote be converted to a policy and check valuable account receivable information at a click of your mouse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. With the implementation of this online acces, we encourage all of our agents to establish their login and password within the month of February by logging into our system and connecting to our server by clicking on the lighthouse.
It is imperative that agents complete this process. On Friday, February 27, 2009, all current applications and quote request forms that are located on our website will no longer be available. Effective Monday, March 2, 2009, all quotes and applications will only be processed live and online through our InsPro application. All quotes will be the agent’s reponsibility to process through this procedure. For those agents who have not logged into our site, there are several help documents as well as a help desk to assist you in this transition. You must have a login and password to access this information. If you do not have a login and password to our agent portal, please email support@glmutual.com and request this information as soon as possible.
